Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully — by placing an order you agree to the terms below.

2. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, you must request the return within 30 days and meet the conditions below.

3. Return Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn / unused),

  • With original tags attached and in its original packaging, and

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us first at db4tooldisk@outlook.com. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipments must be sent to the return address provided in the return authorization email.

5. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at db4tooldisk@outlook.com.

6. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at db4tooldisk@outlook.com with photos and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases), and certain sealed personal-care items for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Sealed Software Exception (EU Law – Article 16(i))

In accordance with Article 16(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio, video recordings, or sealed software which is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

This includes physical software, game discs, tool discs, or any media that is sealed at delivery. Once the seal is broken or the software is opened, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this exception.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item for a refund (once authorized) and placing a separate order for the replacement item.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, as provided by EU law.

This right does not apply to exceptions listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including but not limited to sealed software once opened.

Where applicable, consumers may handle goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they would in a physical store.

10. Important — Bricking, Bans & System Damage (Seller Liability Disclaimer)

Important notice: Our products are sold as physical media and tools only. We do not provide or guarantee software installation, compatibility with every firmware version, or successful use on every console or system.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that modifying a system or using third-party tools may result in console malfunction (“bricking”), service bans, account restrictions, data loss, or other adverse effects. We are not responsible for any such damages, bans, or losses that result from the buyer’s installation or use of the product.

Exception: Nothing in this clause limits the seller’s liability for defective products or for any legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Installer / Compatibility / No-Refund Conditions

Many of our products require specific firmware versions, additional installers, or precise setup steps. Product pages list compatibility requirements and any required installers or firmware ranges.

If a product does not function because:

  • the buyer’s system firmware is not within the specified compatible versions, or

  • a required third-party installer is not present on the buyer’s device, or

  • the buyer failed to follow clearly provided installation instructions,

then the item is not eligible for a refund, provided that the product was delivered as described and the compatibility requirements and limitations were clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.

We strongly encourage buyers to verify compatibility before purchase. We may offer technical support or troubleshooting at our discretion, but such support does not create an obligation to refund.

12. Undeliverable Packages / Missing Contact Details

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including a working phone number when required by the carrier. If a carrier marks a shipment as undeliverable and returns it to sender due to inaccurate or missing shipping/contact information supplied at checkout, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or free reshipment. Returned shipments under these circumstances may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, or cancellation without refund, at our discretion.

We recommend verifying and confirming shipping details at checkout. If you want to avoid this risk, select shipping options that include signature required or insurance where available.

13. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to any product sold is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We make no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as set forth in a separate written warranty (if any) or as required by law.

15. Buyer Responsibility & Compatibility Verification

Buyers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their device before purchase, regardless of their country of residence.

Our products are clearly labeled with supported consoles and systems on the product page, FAQ section, and product images.

Refunds will not be issued for orders placed due to buyer error, incorrect assumptions, or misunderstanding of compatibility, including but not limited to purchases made for unsupported devices such as PCs or laptops.

An incorrect assumption by the buyer does not constitute a defective product or misrepresentation.

This policy applies to all international orders, subject only to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

In cases of buyer error regarding compatibility or unsupported devices, the 30-day return window mentioned in Section 2 does not apply, and the purchase is considered final and non-refundable
